On the first floor: parent's bedroom with a double bed, a family room with two consecutive rooms (and one king size bed, 2 single beds, and two single bunk bed), bathroom and toilets.
La Maison d'Arlette is on working farm at the heart of village dominated by the Montagne de Quint and surrounded by 2 rivers (the Drôme & the Sure). For 6 generations the Achard-Vincent estate has been a pioneer in organic agriculture locally, producing biodynamic Clairette and Crémants de Die wines. The Gîte is in the Vercors Regional Nature park with many outdoor activities nearby: kayaking down the river Drôme, paragliding at Aurel, hiking, mountain biking, via ferrata at Le Claps (30 min. away) and several climbing spots. The 12th century monastery of Sainte-Croix with its 2 gardens open to the public is 200m away (it features a botanical and a dye garden). Old mansion proudly standing between the wine cellar and another property. Recently renovated and comfortable accommodation with plenty of room to relax and recharge your batteries with its 3 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. On the ground floor (accessible via 2 steps) you will find the living room with the kitchen and the lounge, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and toilets. On the 1st floor you will find the master bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room & shower room, a family suite with 2 communicating bedrooms (king size bed) (two single beds) (2 single bunks), shower room/toilets.
